Who delivers Payactiv Live counseling?
Its counselors hold the AFC® credential issued by AFCPE® (the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education). AFC® holders complete a rigorous curriculum and 1,000 supervised client hours. They are bound by a professional code of ethics that requires disclosure of conflicts of interest and prohibits selling investment products during a counseling session.

- Pick a time slot that works for you — most members get an initial session within 48 hours.
- Share whatever documents you want to discuss (pay stub, bills, credit report snapshot).
- Meet by phone or video for 30–45 minutes. Follow-up sessions are available.
Confidentiality: Payactiv Live sessions are confidential. Your employer does not see what you discussed. The only data shared is aggregated program usage statistics.
