Payactiv EWA eligibility
- Your employer has activated Payactiv for their workforce.
- You are a W-2 employee (hourly, salaried, part-time or full-time).
- Your time and pay data are flowing to Payactiv through your employer's payroll or time-tracking system.
- You have earned wages in the current pay period that have not yet been paid out.
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state).
If your employer does not currently offer Payactiv, you can still use the Payactiv Card as a standalone product, and you can apply for $200–$5,000 personal funding through PayactivUSA.
Payactiv Card eligibility
- U.S. resident with a valid Social Security Number or ITIN.
- Verifiable U.S. address.
- Age 18+ (or age of majority in your state).
- Pass the issuing bank's standard identity verification (KYC).
A traditional credit check is not required because the Payactiv Card is a prepaid product.
PayactivUSA $200–$5,000 funding eligibility
General baseline criteria our lender partners look for:
- Age 18+ (19+ in Alabama and Nebraska, 21+ in Mississippi and Puerto Rico).
- U.S. resident with a valid Social Security Number.
- Active checking account in your name.
- Verifiable source of recurring income (W-2 employment, self-employment, benefits, or a mix).
- Valid email address and phone number.
- Not currently in active bankruptcy proceedings.
Credit history is considered but does not automatically disqualify. Several lenders in the network specialize in near-prime and non-prime borrowers.
States we serve
Our partner lender network provides $200–$5,000 personal funding in most U.S. states. A few states have small-dollar lending rules that limit certain loan sizes or terms; in those states, you may see a narrower slate of offers or none at all. Submitting the application form is the fastest way to learn what is available where you live.
What disqualifies an application
Common reasons an application does not match any offer:
- Income cannot be verified
- Debt-to-income ratio is already at or above lender limits
- Recent charge-offs or delinquencies on existing accounts
- Open bankruptcy
- Mismatch between stated info and the data on file
